CCTV CAMERA RECORDING SYSTEMS DISCLOSURE NOTICE
This disclosure notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (the "Law") by Gülbudak Gıda Soğutma Tekstil İnşaat Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("GULBUDAK"), acting as the data controller, for the benefit of individuals whose images are recorded by camera systems.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing
Your visual personal data is processed via security cameras for the purposes of ensuring the security of the premises in which our Company operates, preventing and detecting criminal acts such as theft, fulfilling occupational health and safety obligations, preserving evidence in the event of incidents, monitoring visitor entry and exit, and protecting the legitimate interests of our Company.
Categories of Personal Data Processed
Through security cameras, visual and (where applicable) audio recordings are made at the entrance doors, exterior facades, sales areas, warehouses, and other common use areas of our premises. In this context, identity (facial) images and visual records are processed as personal data.
Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is collected in a physical environment through security cameras by fully automated means.
This personal data processing activity is based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LPPD):
• The mandatory nature of data processing for the legitimate interests of our Company. This legitimate interest consists of ensuring the physical security of our Company, preventing theft and other criminal incidents, protecting the safety of property and persons, and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Data is also processed on the legal basis that processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right in the event of potential legal disputes. This covers the need to present evidence in judicial and administrative proceedings.
• Fulfilment of Legal Obligation: Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations under applicable legislation (where applicable).
Recipients and Purposes of Transfer of Processed Personal Data
• Your collected personal data may be shared, in line with the processing purposes set out above and for the purposes of resolving legal disputes, fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring physical security, and conducting investigations relating to criminal acts, with authorised law enforcement authorities (Police, Gendarmerie), judicial authorities (courts, public prosecutors' offices), and relevant public institutions and organisations.
• Data may also be shared among the relevant departments within the Company (such as security, legal, human resources, etc.) for these purposes.
Requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which governs the "Rights of the Data Subject", may be submitted by forwarding a petition prepared in accordance with the Communique on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller (Official Gazette: 10.03.2018/30356), or the "Personal Data Subject Application Form" to be obtained from the Company by e-mail or in person, to GULBUDAK via e-mail, post, or in person.
