We are proud to announce that GÜLBUDAK is part of the Europe-funded Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) FRUITPRINT research project, which aims to reduce food waste and promote eco-friendly production practices.

The project focuses on extending the shelf life of fruits and vegetables using natural, bioactive molecules. By doing so, it seeks to minimize food loss and lower the carbon footprint — contributing to a more sustainable future.
