The “Women in the Workplace Workshop”

The “Women in the Workplace Workshop,” organized in Isparta on 7th of November, 2025 to increase the visibility of women's labor, improve employment opportunities, and strengthen gender equality, was successfully held with the broad participation of public institutions, local governments, academics, civil society organizations, and private sector representatives.

Hosted by Isparta University of Applied Sciences, the workshop, which we at Gülbudak were delighted to be part of, established a common platform for generating solutions to the problems women face in employment not only at an individual level, but also at an institutional and structural level.
